Alea Lawrie Obituary, Death – The parents of Icis Alea Lawrie, Larry and Kathy Lawrie, are deeply saddened to be the ones to break the news to you that she passed away recently. They are very sorry to be the ones to do so.
They do so despite having a heavy burden in their hearts. She was the first of our children to enter the world. She passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the things that were most familiar to her, on January 26, 2023, after a long and difficult battle with cancer. She had fought the disease for a long time and endured a lot of pain while doing so. It was her and Andrew’s wish that there be no funeral but rather a gathering at a later date to remember their loved one. Instead of a funeral, they wanted a gathering to honor their memory. They decided that a memorial service in their honor would be more fitting than a funeral. They came to the conclusion that a memorial service in their honor, rather than a funeral, would be more appropriate.
We acknowledge and respect that you have made that decision. However, Larry and Kathy, Sarah, Dylan, Ezra, and all of us here at Tara and Ezra and Ezra’s would love it if all of you could share a tribute to our beautiful daughter here, where we are all connected and online. It would mean the world to all of us. It would mean everything to both of us. It would be the most important thing in the world to both of us. The only thing that stands in our way is a straightforward comprehension of the situation.
During this challenging time, the love and support that you have shown us have meant everything to us, and there are not enough words in the English language to express how appreciative we are for both of these things. We cannot thank you enough. We are hoping that by doing this, our combined hearts will be able to move the heavens in honor of our sweet girl, who was also our oldest child, sister, mother and wife, aunty, and dearest friend. As we get ready to say goodbye to our sweet girl, she was also our eldest child, sister, mother and wife, aunty, and dearest friend. She was the firstborn of our children. We have faith that if we take these steps, the power of our hearts will be sufficient to move the heavens and restore the happiness that she brought into the lives of so many people. She is the kind of person that so many people will never get over losing for the rest of their lives.
