Kevin Graham Obituary, Family And Friends Mourns Kevin Graham’s Death

Kevin Graham Obituary, Death – I regret to inform you of the unexpected death of Kevin Francis Graham, Monsignor Graham’s brother. Kevin Francis Graham’s family requests prayers for their dearly loved brother, Kevin, who died suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday, January 19, 2023 in the comfort of his Bronx home. Kevin Francis Graham’s family requests that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Kevin was a proud graduate of Catholic schools such as St. Anthony’s Elementary School (Commonwealth Avenue) and the Sisters of Charity, Cardinal Spellman High School (1973), Manhattan College in Riverdale, and various other medical administrative institutions in New York City. Kevin had lived in the Bronx his entire life.

He worked as an administrator in the administrative offices of Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx and Westchester Medical College in Valhalla between 1973 and 1993. Kevin gave his father, John, who died in 1992, and later his mother, Mary, who died in 2007, devoted care in their home until both died. He was truly available to them around the clock. Kevin was an active member of many community organizations, Bronx historical conferences, and veteran memorials in the Van Nest and Morris Park neighborhoods of New York’s borough of The Bronx. He was a generous supporter of church and educational initiatives at Cardinal Hayes High School, St. Raymond Parish, and St. Frances de Chantal Parish. He was also always eager to assist his brother, John, with any of these numerous responsibilities.

His most recent contribution to his hometown parish of St. Clare is the establishment of a weekly Rosary Recitation in a variety of languages. Kevin’s brother John and sister Mary, brother-in-law George and sister-in-law Mary Kay, nieces Eileen and Bridget, nephews Brendan (and his wife Paulina), and Kevin, cousins in Ireland and England, relatives, hospital colleagues, friends, and neighbors in Morris Park, where he loved to walk and talk, will all miss him terribly. We pray that he will be reunited with his mother and father, Mary and John, as well as his brother Thomas, who died in June 2022, in the joy of eternal life and God’s peace.
